To specify the information that you want displayed on the screen and to select other scheduling options, click to open the Toggle Menu on the Enhanced Scheduling screen, then select Schedule Configuration.

On the Schedule Configuration screen, select the appropriate tab, update your settings, and click Done.

Sets the schedule to save automatically after the specified interval. This prevents any unsaved data from being lost if you are working on the schedule for long periods of time. Time Display Format |
Specifies whether to display shifts as hours and minutes or as a decimal. |
Display Store Opening Times |
Displays two vertical red lines to each day indicating the hours the restaurant opens and closes. To change these values, modify the restaurant parameters. |
Display Day Split Time |
Displays a vertical black line on the hour the restaurant transitions from one Subway® day to the next. To change these values, modify the restaurant parameters. |
Display Organization Pre-Selector |
Specifies whether to display the prompt screen used to select the organization, restaurant, and dates that you want LiveIQ to load on the Enhanced Scheduling screen. |
Never warn about publishing |
Specifies whether to display a warning message before publishing the schedule. |
Use 24-hour Time |
Specifies whether to use a 12-hour or 24-hour based clock on both the onscreen or printed schedule. |
Subtract Breaks From Total Hours Worked |
Specify whether breaks should be deducted from an employee's total hours (unpaid breaks) or if they should be included (paid breaks). |
Show weather |
Select to show weather indicators when scheduling staff. |
Select weather unit |
Specify the weather units that should be used to display the weather indicators. |
Enable Birthday Notifications |
Select to show notifications for employee birthdays in the next four weeks. |
Show Public Holidays |
Select to display public holidays on the schedule. |

Show Shift Details |
Specifies whether you want the Shift Details pane displayed on the Enhanced Scheduling screen. |
Display Unavailability |
Adds areas of employee unavailability to the schedule. This is only for reference and schedules can be created over unavailability. To change these values, modify the Employee Maintenance details. |
Warn if an employee is scheduled over XX hours |
Specifies whether to display a warning next to employees’ names if they are scheduled to work over a certain number of hours. |
Display XX for shifts at other stores |
Specifies whether to display the restaurant number, restaurant name, or both the number and name when an employee is scheduled for a shift at another restaurant. |
Print Schedule |

Show Units and Sales on the printed schedule |
Specifies whether to include Units Sold and Sales data on the printed schedule. |
Show Total Hours All Stores on the printed schedule |
Specifies whether to include the total hours worked at all restaurants in the organization on the printed schedule. |
Show Total Hours Worked on the printed schedule |
Specifies whether to include the total hours worked on the printed schedule. |
Show Employee Job Title on the printed schedule |
Specifies whether to include employee job titles on the printed schedule. |

Display Organization Quick Shifts |
Any Quick Shifts that are marked as available to the whole organization are displayed along with those specific to the restaurant. You may wish to hide the organization-level Quick Shifts. |

Display Predicted Sales |
Specifies whether to display predicted sales in the Estimated Data pane at the top of the Enhanced Scheduling screen. |
Display Predicted Units Sold |
Specifies whether to display predicted units sold in the Estimated Data pane at the top of the Enhanced Scheduling screen. |
Predict Units and Sales using last year’s values |
Specifies whether to use last year’s values to determine predicted units and sales instead of values from the previous four weeks. |
Set Productivity Boundaries |
Specifies the lower and upper boundaries that appear as a Productivity Safe Zone on the Enhanced Schedule screen and in productivity reports. |
Crew Hours |
Displays predicted and scheduled staffing levels, with predicted values based on peak hours and ideal productivity settings. Click Change Settings to access the Edit Store Parameters screen so you can customize peak times or specify your own productivity values for your restaurant. |
